Will Marsh joined Baker Hughes in 1998 and currently holds the position of Vice President and General Counsel.
Will has previously held various positions with Baker Hughes, most recently Vice President-Legal, Western Hemisphere which included responsibility for all legal affairs of the Company throughout the Western Hemisphere as well as general corporate, M&A and treasury matters of the Company worlwide. Will has also held the positions of Director of Enterprise Risk Strategy, Deputy General Counsel – Corporate Services and Managing Region Legal Counsel – Latin America. In these positions, he implemented a Global Enterprise Risk Management program, managed several key acquisitions by the Company, managed various corporate legal functions and provided advice to operations on various compliance matters
Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Will was a partner at Ballard Spahr LLP, and also worked with Jones Day and Ernst & Young. Will is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Texas State Bar, American Bar Association, the Advisory Board of the University of Houston Center for U.S. and Mexican Law, and the Executive Committee of the Tulane Latin American Law Institute.
